01 Summary

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all wagering services provided by MarantelliBet. By registering an account with MarantelliBet or placing any wager, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

MarantelliBet is operated by the MarantelliBet Partnership (ABN 98 032 757 426). We are fully licensed in the State of Victoria under licence number VIC-BM-2022-0661. 10 Our Reserved Rights

10.1 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Customer Account at our absolute discretion and without prior notice.

10.2 We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject any wager or part of a wager before it is accepted in our systems.

10.3 Odds, prices, and markets are dynamic and subject to variation up to the moment a wager is formally confirmed.

10.4 We reserve the right to declare any wager void if it was accepted in obvious error or during system malfunctions.

11 Assignment

11.1 MarantelliBet may assign, transfer, or delegate any or all of its rights, benefits, and obligations under these Terms to any approved third party without consent.

11.2 Customers do not have the right to assign, transfer, license, or charge their MarantelliBet account, credentials, or funds to any other individual or entity.
